What a restoration website has to do at 2 a.m.
Picture the person on the other end: water on the floor, a phone in one hand, maybe a flashlight in the other. They are not reading your company history. They need three things in about five seconds:
- Proof you handle this exact problem. A page about burst pipes when the pipe burst, not a generic services page.
- Proof you are local and real. Your service area, real job photos, reviews and license details.
- A phone number they can tap without scrolling.
Most restoration sites we look at fail at least one of these. The phone number sits at the bottom of the page on mobile, every service is crammed onto one page, and nothing tracks which calls came from the site.
What the 7-day Website Sprint includes
We build only pages for services you actually perform, and mold pages only where you hold the license.
- Homepage targeting water damage restoration in your main city
- Service pages for water damage restoration, flood cleanup, burst pipes, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and fire and smoke where you offer them
- 3 to 5 service-area pages for the towns you want work from
- About and contact pages with your license, insurance and real team photos
- Click-to-call button fixed on screen on mobile, plus a short emergency form that texts you
- CallRail tracking number with call recording
- Structured data, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools set up
- Redirects from your old URLs
- One round of revisions, and the site is yours at launch
Why we build static sites
Page builders and heavy themes load slowly on a phone with one bar of signal, which is exactly where your customer is when they search. A static site is plain, pre-built HTML. It loads fast, it has no plugins to hack, and it costs very little to host.
Speed alone will not rank a site, but a slow site loses people before they see your number. Google says it uses page experience signals, and the faster site wins when everything else is close.
The 7-day timeline
| Day | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | 30-minute kickoff on services, cities and voice. You send photos and license details |
| 2 to 3 | Pages built and service-area pages drafted |
| 4 to 5 | Call tracking, emergency form, schema, mobile and speed testing |
| 6 | 30-minute review call. You list your revisions |
| 7 | Revisions applied, domain connected, Search Console submitted, site live |
Pricing
The Website Sprint is $2,500 one time, or $1,500 when you also choose our Full Pipeline plan. It is paid before kickoff. Full details on the pricing page.
The website is the base. Ranking it is the work of our restoration SEO and local SEO and Maps services. If you want to check your current site first, read why restoration companies are not getting leads from Google.
