What restoration SEO does differently
Most SEO is built around research searches. Water damage searches are emergencies. The person typing water damage restoration near me at 2 a.m. is standing in water, and they call the first company that looks real and has a phone number they can tap.
That changes what the work looks like:
- The map pack matters more than the blue links. Most emergency calls come from the three businesses Google shows on the map. Our local SEO and Google Maps service owns that part.
- Each type of damage needs its own page. A flooded basement, a burst pipe and a sewage backup are three different searches with three different people behind them. Google ranks the page that matches the search, not the site.
- The phone number is the conversion. Rankings that do not turn into calls are a cost, not a result.
What is included
The SEO work runs inside both of our monthly plans. Here is what it covers.
Pages that match how homeowners search
We build or rewrite one page per service you actually perform: water damage restoration, flood cleanup, burst pipe cleanup, flooded basements, ceiling water damage, sewage backup, and mold remediation only where you hold the license. Each page answers the questions that person has right now: how fast you can get there, what happens first, whether insurance usually covers it.
Service-area pages that are not thin
Each service-area page carries real local detail: the neighborhoods you work in, the housing stock, the season the calls come in. We publish them a few at a time, never thirty at once.
Technical basics done properly
Fast pages on mobile, clean URLs, one canonical version of every page, structured data that matches what is on the page, and a sitemap submitted in Google Search Console. On our builds these are handled in the 7-day website sprint.
Reviews and local links
Reviews feed both your map ranking and your click rate. We hand you a simple review request process that follows Google’s rules: no incentives and no filtering out unhappy customers. For links, we go after the ones a restoration company can actually earn, such as plumbers, insurance agents, property managers and your local chamber.
How we measure it
We do not report SEO with traffic charts. Each monthly report opens with:
- Tracked calls this month against last month
- Answered calls and missed calls
- Booked inspections, and won jobs if you share them
- Then map positions, Search Console queries and reviews
Every call runs through a CallRail number with recording, so you can listen to the calls we count. If a page ranks and the phone does not ring, the page gets rewritten.
How long it takes
| Work | Typical timing |
|---|---|
| New website live with call tracking | 7 days |
| Google Business Profile rebuilt | First two weeks after launch |
| New pages indexed | Days to a few weeks |
| Page one for city-level searches | Often two to four months |
| Calls guarantee window | 60 days from the plan start |
These are typical ranges, not promises. A city with ten franchise locations moves slower than one with three independent shops.
Which plan fits
Launch at $1,500 a month suits a one or two truck company in one city. Full Pipeline at $2,500 a month adds Local Services Ads and an after-hours receptionist, for owners who are losing storm calls or cannot answer at night. Both are on the pricing page with everything they include.
If you would rather run SEO yourself, our guide to water damage restoration marketing and the blog cover the same work step by step.
