# RestorationFlow: our practice for water damage restoration companies

Water damage restoration is the industry where we go deepest, so it has its own agency. RestorationFlow.agency serves US water damage restoration and water mitigation companies with Google Maps and local SEO, restoration SEO, websites built for the 2 a.m. search, lead generation the owner keeps, and Google Ads with Local Services Ads. The pricing, the owner guides and the blog live there; this page explains how the practice fits ThinkFlow.

## Why does restoration get its own agency?

Because the buyer is specific and so is the search. A restoration owner whose phone goes quiet when it rains does not search for a digital marketing agency; they search for restoration marketing, water damage SEO, or how to get into the Google map pack. The pages that win those searches have to be written for that owner, with that industry's categories, call patterns and seasonality in them. A general agency site cannot do that without diluting everything else it says.

So in October 2026 the practice moved to its own domain, [RestorationFlow.agency](https://restorationflow.agency/), with its own pricing, guides and blog. ThinkFlow remains the parent agency and the home of the broader services.

## What does the practice do?

Five services, each with a page and a price on the RestorationFlow site:

| Service | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Restoration SEO | Ranks the site for the water damage, flood and mitigation jobs the owner wants |
| Local SEO and Google Maps | Gets the profile into the top three where emergency callers look |
| Website design | A site built to turn a 2 a.m. search into a call, delivered in days |
| Lead generation | Calls that come to one company, from its own profile, site and ads |
| Google Ads and Local Services Ads | Paid calls while the organic work builds; the client pays Google directly |

The methods are the same ones described across ThinkFlow's [SEO](/services/seo/), [websites](/services/websites/) and [pay-per-call](/services/pay-per-call/) pages, applied to one industry and measured the same way: tracked calls first, rankings second.

## What do we usually find in a restoration audit?

The same six problems, in most audits: a Google Business Profile with the wrong primary category; a Maps footprint that drops off two miles from the shop; a website that buries the phone number and has one page for every damage type; leads bought from a marketplace and shared with three competitors; calls unanswered after hours; and reports that show rankings and traffic but never the number of calls. Each has a fix, and the fixes are described in plain language on the RestorationFlow site.

## How is Maps visibility measured?

On a grid, not from one point. We scan a 7 by 7 grid across the service area for the primary query and record the Maps position at each point. The result is the ring diagram above: top three near the shop, four to ten further out, nothing beyond. The report each month shows the rings moving, and the work that moved them. Google's own [guidance on local ranking](https://support.google.com/business/answer/7091) names relevance, distance and prominence as the inputs; the grid shows how far prominence is carrying you.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is RestorationFlow?

RestorationFlow.agency is ThinkFlow's dedicated marketing practice for US water damage restoration and mitigation companies. It is run by the same founder with the same methods, narrowed to one industry so the pages, the data and the playbook are specific instead of generic.

### Why a separate website?

Restoration owners search for a restoration marketing agency, not a general one. A dedicated site can speak their language, publish pricing for that market, and carry guides written for them. It also keeps ThinkFlow's broader services from blurring the message.

### Who is the practice for?

Owner-operated water damage restoration and mitigation companies in the US, typically two to six trucks, with real reviews and a working after-hours process, that want to be in the Google map pack and get calls from it. Franchise locations are generally not the fit.

### What does the practice sell?

Restoration SEO, local SEO and Google Maps, website design for emergency searches, owner-kept lead generation, and Google Ads with Local Services Ads. Published pricing for each is on restorationflow.agency.

### Do you have restoration case studies?

Not published yet. We publish results only with a named client, a date and permission. Until then the method is public in full on both sites, and the strategy call shows you your own Maps footprint.
